Its a recession and we are always trying to find a way to save a buck... well.... I'm a big fan of enhancing my brows on the regular even if I'm not going to be wearing any makeup, and when you don't have time to go to Sephora to pick up the $30 brow pencil you always have a great option in any drug store.... here we are ladies and gents...Maybelline define a Brow! Cost on average $7 and works miracles! Love it!ciao
